Retrofits across automation platforms
An existing installation does not always need to be replaced to gain new capabilities. We assess and retrofit a range of automation systems, with years of specialist experience in Crestron installations and KNX-based systems. Other platforms are welcome too. We review the installed equipment, available interfaces and intended changes to establish what can be retained, what can be connected and where custom development or different hardware is needed.
Custom Home Assistant integrations
Our Home Assistant work goes beyond configuring a dashboard. We develop custom integrations to connect equipment and functions that need project-specific software, alongside automation logic and control interfaces. Each integration starts with the device, its available interfaces and the behaviour required; support for a particular model is assessed as part of the project.
Bespoke home automation platforms
Home Assistant is not the only platform we work with. We also work on custom home automation platforms, adapting the software and control experience to the installation. This brings the underlying system and its user interface into the same design discussion, whether the project involves a home or a yacht.
Lighting, climate and everyday routines
We connect compatible devices and build control scenarios for the routines that matter to you. Lighting and climate can be considered alongside security and monitoring, with the interaction between systems planned as part of the installation. Existing devices are assessed for compatibility before deciding what to retain or change.
Connected spaces, at home and on board
Automation also includes audio, video and multimedia integration. Whether the project is a home or a yacht, we consider how controls, hardware and connectivity fit together. A clear brief about the space and who uses it helps us plan an installation that is straightforward to operate.

Do you only work with Crestron and KNX?
No. Crestron and KNX are specialties in which our team has years of experience, but we work across a range of automation systems. We also develop custom Home Assistant integrations and work on bespoke platforms. Can you develop a Home Assistant integration rather than just a dashboard?
Yes. We develop custom Home Assistant integrations as well as dashboards and automation logic. We also work on bespoke home automation platforms when the project calls for a different software approach.
Do all my existing devices need to be replaced?
Not necessarily. We review the existing equipment and its compatibility with the intended system. That assessment establishes what can be integrated and where different hardware may be needed.
